Asparagus and feta quiche

When asparagus is in season, it's superb in any dish. Paired with the saltiness of feta, it makes for a great filling for this healthy and flavoursome quiche.

Steam asparagus for 2 minutes in microwave then refresh in cold water, and pat dry on kitchen paper.
Chop feta into small cubes. Cut 1/3 of ends off asparagus, and scatter into pastry shell along with feta cubes
Arrange tops of asparagus spears around in a fan shape. Mix eggs and cream together and pour gently over the top, then sprinkle chives over. Gently press asparagus into the eggs and cream mix.
Sprinkle the smoked paprika over the top and bake for 25 minutes
