Four Ingredient No Bake Muesli Bars

Healthy and affordable muesli bars which take no time at all to make, and are ready in under an hour!

- 3 cups muesli untoasted, low sugar, 375g weight
- 1/2 cup peanut butter low salt, low sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 80 g coconut oil can use unsalted butter
Melt peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in microwave and stir well.
Add in the muesli and stir well.
Line the base of your tin with baking paper, making sure there's a bit extra to come up the sides, to help lift out the finished slice.
Press the mixture into the tin evenly and pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
When set, cut into 12 - 16 bars.
