COVID-19 Policy

For your in-home consultation.

What I am responsible for:

Prior to the consultation

If myself, or any of my staff have any of the following symptoms of illness in the 7 days prior to the booking date, the consultation must be postponed and rescheduled to an appropriate time as agreed by government and health guidelines.

Alternatively, the consultation can be conducted by Zoom, Skype or similar, or by phone.

  • cough
  • shortness of breath
  • sore throat
  • headache
  • loss of smell
  • loss of taste
  • runny nose,
  • muscle pain
  • joint pain
  • diarrhoea
  • nausea/vomiting
  • loss of appetite.

During the time within your home:

  • Myself and any staff will be washing hands on entering & exiting & throughout the service, HK to supply alcohol based hand sanitiser for their own use.
  • We will wipe down & sanitise surfaces regularly throughout the consultation, if required.
  • We will abide with the mandatory practice of good respiratory etiquette,
  • Any meals prepared for freezing, or later use, will be stored in appropriate food safe containers, appropriately labelled with ingredients and heating instructions, and sanitised prior to storing.

What you are responsible for:

Prior to the consultation:

Collecting and recording relevant contact details of all guests, members of household and other people who may be supporting you during a consultation.

If any member of the household or if any guests or their household members have any of the following symptoms of illness in the 7 days prior to the booking date, the event must be postponed and rescheduled to an appropriate time as agreed by government and health guidelines.

Alternatively, the consultation can be conducted by Zoom, Skype or similar, or by phone.

If the host, other household members, or guests show symptoms at any time during the event, myself and any staff will immediately leave the premises, regardless of the time already taken within the consultation. There will be NO REFUND.

The client must ensure any other people present stay at least 1.5 metres away from where the consultation is being held.

The client is to use hand sanitiser prior to the consultation. The client must supply appropriate hand sanitiser for any other person involved in the consultation.
