What is Lifestyle, Food & Nutrition all about?


‘We are what we eat.’

Taking my passion for food, good health and sustainable lifestyle, I have completed training in nutrition for weight loss, and nutrition for disease management.

So what does this mean for you?

My role is to provide practical support, guidance and mentoring with meal planning, cooking skills and budgeting to enable people to successfully follow advice and guidelines provided by their health care professionals. It will be all about building a sustainable and healthier lifestyle for you. 


Every element of what I do is linked to that one passion – the connection between food, lifestyle and well being.

To underpin my role as a health coach, I am part of  fun, but serious, collaborations with people who are passionate about sustainability in local food systems; people who are focused on creating lasting change in health and well-being; people who want to make a long-term difference in our world of food and nutrition.
